This involves carefully balancing asset management, risk mitigation, tax advisory and philanthropic efforts.

In your role, you are responsible for fostering relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their individual needs, and providing tailored advice and consultation. Firsthand experience

You're handling a high-net-worth family's portfolio and a legal challenge emerges in their estate planning. What do you do?

First, you'll need to get a detailed understanding of the legal issue. This involves researching and analyzing the relevant laws, like tax or inheritance regulations, especially if they involve international aspects. Your aim here is to fully grasp the problem and anticipate any future legal challenges.

Then, you move on to consulting with your clients. Here, you'll explain the situation, present all possible options, and their implications. It's important to communicate complex legal information clearly and effectively, helping clients understand and make informed decisions. Your role is to guide them to the best solution that aligns with their goals while adhering to legal requirements, thereby building trust and reinforcing your value in managing their estate planning needs.
